At The Flip Shop our beginner friendly introduction to Aerial fabric or “Silks” class - students will begin low to the ground and work their way higher as they build strength, stamina and familiarity with basic climbs, wraps and body positions.  Students can expect to learn and figure 8 foot lock as well as silks poses and hammock work.
