The Flip Shop, Joplin, Missouri, Gymnastics, Trampoline, Tumbling and Cheer Classes

THE FLIP SHOP - GENERAL INFORMATION AND POLICIES

ENROLLMENT FORMS must be filled out at the time of enrollment for each child in order for them to participate in class.

SESSION FEES Are due upon sign up. (See Flip Shop Class Schedule for session dates & fees). A discount of $10.00 will be given when more than one sibling is taking class. A $20.00 return check charge will be assessed to your account for any returned check.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE is $40.00 per family and is due upon enrollment. Membership fee is good for one year. Annual membership fee is non-refundable.

MAKE UP CLASSES can be scheduled by contacting the office for availability. Classes must be made up in the session they are missed.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: Classes will start on time. We ask that athletes wait in the lobby area until it is time for your class.

CLOTHING: Leotards are required for all girls. Boys should wear flexible shorts and a tuck in shirt. Hair must be pulled back out of face and off shoulders. Socks or trampoline shoes are required for trampoline. No gum/food/drink or jewelry is permitted in the gym area.

VALUABLES should not be brought to the gym. The Flip Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

LOST AND FOUND: Items left at the gym will be placed in a box in the lobby. Please encourage your athlete to be responsible for his or her own items. Lost and found will be donated to a charitable organization 4-5 times a year.

VISITORS: are always welcome. We have a lobby area for parents and visitors to wait in. Athletes are only allowed in the gym.

INSURANCE COVERAGE: The parent or legal guardian is responsible for providing primary medical/accidental injury insurance.

PARKING is available in the lower parking lot on the north and west side of the gym. We ask that you do not park in the church parking lot or block their driveways. There is also parking on the lot in front of the church (toward 7th street).

MEMBERSHIP: The Flip Shop reserves the right to cancel a student’s membership at any time.
